Ava was super friendly, easy-going and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated not feeling pressured to talk after working an overnight with no sleep. She even adjusted my colour after I mentioned I’m going to Thailand, knowing the water can be harsher and the colour will fade. So thoughtful.. and my hair looks beautiful!

My 10yr old daughter had a fantastic experience. First time she’s had her hair cut in 2 years. Sandi helped to bring her blonde hair alive after turning green from the pool and gave her a fresh new hairstyle. Sandi explained everything to both of us, made sure she was comfortable through the appointment and showed us some great styling tips When we left my daughter was chuffed and said she wants Sandi to be her hairdresser forever.
